Pros
Miramax is really a special place. From catered lunches and unlimited snacks to plenty of discretionary time off and many events, the Company fosters a team oriented environment. Everyone knows everyone at the small office in Santa Monica.
Cons
Right now the Company is in transition under new leadership. This has unfortunately led to many organizational changes. While this kind of environment isn't ideal for most, it is necessary to bring the brand into the future.
