Very stable organization, Salaries and benefits on time, Great school for fresh grads, Big market share, Great location on map (beside smart village and Dandy mall), good brand in ur CV.
Cons
1-Low Salaries, promotions are based on no criteria. 2- easiest way to get a salary increase is to get a good job offer at a different employer. 3- HR team is so far than professionalism, all of them were a factory workers then transferred to HR with Zero training! 4- Operations Senior managers drive it like a family business and they are the owners of that business with Zero respect for company policy and system. 5- no one at Miraco is being punished for any mistake except the guys who are not in love with the management. 6- Security team is dealing employees like thieves on the gates during Sign Out. 7- No training is being invested on any level.
