Beware to join this - Senior IT Professional Miracle Studios Employee Review

I am sharing my real time experience i had with this organization. Though it was short time period i worked with them but below is real experience so far. The company is in DLF just front of Infosys, but it will not become infosys at all because of some people who are responsible for the culture they are maintaining in company. I am not sure weather management is aware about this or not. From the day of interview, below is scene that would happen with almost everyone They called to candidate for interview and as agreed, candidate comes in office. After that FULL DRAMA of HR start up by show off that she is from ABROAD and not from india :( but HR maam, MORE than 80% of your team members are SPEAKS THEAT PUNJABI, So stop this drama AT ALL. Secondly HR DONT READ the Resume of candidate, they just called them and then once candidate comes in, SHE TELLS we are looking for More experience than you. Your resume does not matches to our requirements. >> THEN WHY YOU CALLED TO CANDIDATES??? READ resume before calling someone. IS this you practise in HR DOMAIN?? ARE YOU PAYING THOSE CANDIDATES FOR VISIT?? After The FIRST ROUND then Next Drama START up:- AMIT who is one of most proudy person in organization very clever. Dont sense of Talk at all with candidates Dont know how to deal with employees at all. Sir, Take your ego down and then deal with employees. You will grow very fast. Change culture of your organization! Because of some people organization is in DOWN fall stage.
