Pros

Most of the patients are fun to interact with. It's great seeing them get their first pair of hearing aids and how happy they are to hear simple things, like birds chirping, again.

Cons

This location has very difficult hearing aid specialist that you have to work directly with. He's a great salesman but makes the work environment unbearable at times. Upper management tolerates him, and replacing front office manager, because he has good numbers.

Pros

- I/we LITERALLY change lives, for the IMMENSE better, every single day! - A fantastic work culture where everyone is thought about, cared for, treated, and paid well. - Training is provided which allowed/allows me to truly feel ready and prepared for my job each and every day. - Management is there to help guide us but is not there to micro-manage us.

Cons

- The company allows me to work as much as I would like IOT to help as many people as possible. Well, this then leads to me working more than 40-hours/week. With that said, that's a CHOICE. It's not obviously mandated. Not sure if it's a con, or not, but I could not think of anything else for the "Cons" box.

I love working for Miracle Ear. The support from the top down is amazing. They are just a phone call away if I need help. They take great care of their employees and their customers,

Cons

Truthfully, I can't really think of a con with working for Miracle Ear. I have been here for 2 and half years and I have always been supported, encouraged and cared about.
