Pros
Mon-Fri, hourly pay + commission, paid holidays, 401 k, insurance. The franchise owner(s) appreciate all staff and they are very flexible if need be, they are also very supportive. The Front Office Assistant pretty much runs the office, and it's a good job if you like to work with people. You can make very good money if you are doing the job well.
Cons
Sometimes you have to work over time if you don't have enough appointments. When you work with commission, you can often times see that people in general are greedy. The OA's aren't always supported like they should be, especially with how important their job is. Overall great company, I would make it a long term career if I wasn't graduating.
