      Nice people but it's all about me, me and me

      Cons

      Management have a hard time setting the strategy and not at least running the company in a profitable way which reflects the culture. Far too much focus on the activities which does not effects the bottom line and numbers. I wonder if they ever will make profit??

      Pros

      Good and skilled colleagues. Interesting projects. Good atmosphere and vibes. Flat hierarchy. Consultants can have company car. Pension is okay.

      Difficult to establish a career. Management not top nudge, to many sales people in management. Lack of technical skills in management
