Human Services funding provided by state agencies needs to improve

The clients and families appreciate the work you do. The job itself helping other people is beneficial.

Some of the clients are great however keep in mind, some are very demanding living in a wealthy town and can be very demanding expecting you to bend over backward for them at all times. Management and positive communication with staff as well as a positive atmosphere and just understanding of different employee needs could be improved. Also management involvement with the day to day program and team needs improvement.
