Pros
Great salary compared to other companies in Latvia; A budget for learning and development, which I have personally used a few times and am super grateful for; Amazing colleagues - knowledgeable and kind, which is a fantastic combination.
Cons
Overall, Mintos is a great place to work. As a con, I can only mention how the hybrid work setup was brought back. When I started, it was fully remote, and then it switched to hybrid. This lack of autonomy felt more patronizing than collaborative, in my opinion.
