Pros
- People are in the center and it's not just a slogan: there is a lot of efforts put to help you grow in all dimensions, the team is friendly, professional and highly cooperative; - Plenty of flexibility: if you just deal with your tasks, it is up to you where do you work and what is your schedule. Also, an unlimited vacation policy is something that I really love because it allows me to maintain a healthy work-life balance and be more productive at work; - Full transparency: it is noticeable in all levels - both internally and with our external partners. All information which can be shared is shared and you are very welcome to approach your colleagues when needed; - Fast-growing environment: no routine, each day you can learn something new. To sum up: I've worked here for almost 2 years, I saw different stages of the company's development, thus many things have changed but the faithfulness to its core values persists.
Cons
If you prefer to work in a place with strict rules and unchangeable procedures, you won't feel comfortable in Mintos: here you need to be open to some kind of a creative mess ;)
