Pros

Sincere appreciation for Leena Ganesh (BA Manager) and the incredible support she provides to the BAs. She consistently goes above and beyond for the team, ensuring that the Business Analysis practice remains a space where ideas, suggestions, and concerns are valued and addressed. Beyond her leadership responsibilities, she actively checks in on the team's mental well-being, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. She is deeply invested in professional growth of the BAs, always seeking the best tailored courses to enhance BA competencies and encouraging team members to pursue relevant certifications aligned with their strengths and interests. High level of professionalism, facilitating effective and unbiased conversations. I loved spending time with the fellow BAs, Leena, and other highly capable, kind and smart people.

Cons

Experience could greatly vary across different teams and projects.

Pros

- Despite being a top-tier, down-to-earth people who don't take themselves too seriously - Partners who genuinely care about the wellbeing of their teams - Ability to learn from some of the best and smartest lawyers in the country - Intellectually stimulating and challenging - Salaries starting to become more competitive - Genuine overseas work opportunities

Cons

- Long hours (like any law firm) - Bonus system doesn't always work (if you're the victim of write-offs out of your control) - While partners do genuinely care about the wellbeing of their teams, the work still needs to get done. So while they're still being grateful and appreciative, they're not exactly going to say "please don't sacrifice your night/weekend to get that done", rather they'll say "thank you for sacrificing your weekend to get that done, I really appreciate it".
