Some IT managers get away with only being active on fundraising and cultural events while work is distributed to their team. Many managers in IT do ..ck all, attends meetings and submits a monthly overview report, that is all I've seen that person do during my few years of employment. Large number of Staff layoffs in June 2023, wonder why they did that. Overworked due to this reason. So many talks and emails about Digital advancement and stuff but the company lacks behind really in Digital space. Partners think there are too many changes, they also limit changes. These manager level baboons with highly paid salaries attend their meetings and get away with doing nothing at all.
