Working with Fortune 500 clients, promoting and marketing new products. Paid training, and a free business education In the office. The company sets you up for success from entry level until you reach management.

Cons

Missing out on a few weekends here an there but the work pays off once you meet your goals.

The following post is intended only as a completely honest and fair warning to those looking for employment. This company is incredibly dishonest and misleading. The owner will tell you this is a Marketing firm, but this is a sales position and a pyramid scheme. Lots of travel and not appropriately compensated (about five cents a mile). As an employee, when you're put on a new campaign, you are required to use your own vehicle to transport the product and event set up. Doesn't matter the size of the product. Management consistently misconstrues "Marketing Systems" for what they really are, sales. There's no quota, but you are scolded when you don't sell enough product, because at the end of the day its a pyramid scheme. If you're already employed, getting promoted to "Leadership" does not come with any more perks. You're given more responsibility and not compensated. Literally, one of the ways to advance into "Leadership" is take someone already in Leadership to breakfast, lunch, or dinner and talk about your work. When originally applying for the job, the posting was listed as "Public Relations Assistant". After confronting the "owner" on the subject, was given a long complicated answer that boiled down to "you're all PR Assistants, and none of you are PR Assistants". After discussing this with fellow employees it was revealed that these open positions are posted under several other misleading titles. Pay is structured at 18%-19% (but only on a day you work by yourself), or minimum wage, whichever is higher. This was not explained during our tenure, and completely misled and upset when we had to find out for ourselves. Employees are told starting average wage is $800 every two weeks, which in reality is closer $400 every two weeks. To be fair, depending on how much is sold. Please be warned about working for this company. If you don't mind standing in the middle of Sam's Club trying to get people to buy knock off products for 10+ hours a day, 6 days a week for next to no pay, then by all means all the best. For those of you looking for an honest, full time job with benefits, this company is not the opportunity it presents itself as.
