Pros
Medical, dental, and vision insurance is one of the better ones in midwest Ohio.
Pay is adequate.
Most of the people are very outgoing and caring about each other and will help each other professionally and personally.
Most office teams are flexible on hours in the event you can't find a babysitter or need an appointment, you don't have to use vacation or personal time unless it's more than an hour or two at the beginning or end of shift.
Cons
The pay is competitive, mostly on a company vs company basis.
Some highly skilled positions such as Field service technical specialists, are paid at the same rate as field service technicians but don't get paid overtime.
Many of the choices made on a management level are aimed at being proactive but are almost always reactive.
