Pros
When I first started, there was an excellent culture where the company cared about the people who did the work. There are some really good people working there. The company is growing and they are building up their development department organization.
Cons
Work life balance is poor. They demand more work without recognition, no thoughts to forward thinking, and without the proper planning or support. They say, "Do better" without a plan or actual support to perform the goals they set. You ask for support, get none, and then get reprimanded when the goals aren't met. Over the last 3 years, the key results weren't attainable, but the goals kept growing. Senior Management commands decisions for the short-term and blames others for long-term consequences they decided on. They tell you that you're paid to do what they tell you to do and that it's bad for your career to question them. Currently management does not know how to run/grow/develop a stable manufacturing business. The HR department was disappointing and sweeps incidents that are sexist and unprofessional under the rug. They gaslight individuals undermining people's experiences and feelings.
