Fun atmosphere, great coworkers and allows you to get into the action.

Cons

Terrible pay, low even for pro sports standards. Work/Home life balance was non-existent and there is no opportunity for growth within the company

Best place I’ve ever worked at, they gave me hands on experience that propelled me into a future full time job

Long hours, but that is expected in sports.
