If you love music, innovation in the arts, a world-class organization, and the complimentary tickets (when available). Management is very talented, capable, professional, good humored and hard working. Although the orchestra world has it's challenges given the state of entertainment, the Minnesota Orchestra is poised to meet those challenges with our new CEO & President as well as a solid staff. I've greatly enjoyed my time with the MOA.

Given tight budgets especially in orchestras, there are not always the funds for professional development or staffing that one may have experienced at larger non-profit organizations. However, there is great will power and collaboration amongst all staff to get the job done and done well.
