I worked at MS for several years. I found the environment to be supportive, and the compensation commensurate to my experience and skill set at the time. Above all else, I appreciated working for a company that is MAKING A DIFFERENCE in a meaningful way about a meaningful issue: child sexual abuse. I worked closely with one of the owners, and found both to be kind and compassionate people who really cared about their employees.

The work is all relating to child sexual abuse. Clearly, this is a heavy topic. However, the work is worthwhile and feels fulfilling to be a part of.

My team is made up of fantastic people

Starting pay is incredibly low. There's next to no vacation time. The company shuts down between christmas and new years and they don't pay unless you come into work... when they're closed for business. The health insurance is pretty awful and expensive for what it is. There's not retirement benefit, no maternity leave. The handbook of rules is laughable. The owners are lawyers and are your typical lawyer-ly type of people. If you're reading this, and you take a job here, don't say I didn't warn you. I'll be moving elsewhere as soon as I find something.
