When it was under the OLD MANAGEMENT the company did have the potential to grow. There was a system in place for everything. People used to go above and beyond their job duties to see the Company shine. Ireally had very postive outlook about the company and my career with Miniso
Cons
The New MANAGEMENT from China. Super dumb no planning just vist stores destroys the standards and then complain that store is not upto the standard. They set standards but if their boss fails to follow the standard they just ignore amd again blame the stores. You are expected to Merch,Clean and also provide great customer service literally by your self and if you fale to do so you are Fired..!!
