great co-workers in most of the store, very friendly and helpful. Lots of help for new staffs. Good pay
Cons
Management is the main problem of this company. They have unrealistic expectation on staffs such as coming eariler to prepare, unrealistic targets. If the sales is not doing as well as expected they will put the blame on staffs 100% eventho MINISO has not been getting new stocks besides hand sanitizer for months. They also expect us to work overtime with no pay as "this is our responsibility". Miniso also do not provide any staff benefits as"our products are already cheap".
