      Cute & useful products Good hours during new store set up week Easy POS system

      Cons

      No employee benefits. No breaks after 4 hours let other retail employers. Expected to set up a new store within a week with no training before opening day.

      Pros

      Great to get along with other peers. May or may not have great management.

      Cons

      Upper management hugely stingy on the most randomest things and very hard to work with. Not professional or transparent with management. Pay very low compared to what you are doing. (Shift lead doing management work)
