      Nice products and lovely staffs. Team members work like a family and look after each others. Decent pay. Work life balance. Manager is easy to communicate.

      High work load. Communication with management team is not efficient.

      Pros

      Great to get along with other peers. May or may not have great management.

      Cons

      Upper management hugely stingy on the most randomest things and very hard to work with. Not professional or transparent with management. Pay very low compared to what you are doing. (Shift lead doing management work)
