I don't see anything good at this company at all. They will just keep on promising but not doing any thing to help improve the business

No perks, late incentives, No proper sourcing tools e.g, jobstreet, not good at decision making, the management will just keep asking for submits even if you don't have leads. A lot of websites where you can get applicants are blocked. No FB, Hangouts, so on. No email ettiquette

No perks, No proper sourcing channels, No recognitions. Most of the websites where you can get applicants are blocked. Micro Management is purely insane at this company. Asking you from time to time about your dials, submits, etc., Your private messages are monitored all the time.
