Good to start in games industry. The company has impressive year on year growth. Functional programming on the server team. Great view and office perks such as pizza day and playing FIFA on PS4 on a big screen. Lots of talented people.
Cons
Building parking spots just for a few selected managers, if you want to park your car you need to do it outside. Tremendous political environment that causes entropy on development teams. Agile methodologies in place are taken to the extreme, in an almost autistic way, which ends up hurting development. No longer a familiar place, everyone that used to be part of that original group is out and the company struggle to not to become a more corporate place has actually had the opposite effect. No career progression and payments are not above average, or even average despite company having 60% YoY growth.
