Perfect place to learn... how to burn out in short time.

So far it's been a huge disappointment. -Nepotism all around, clients are old friends of C-level -Market is small to be able to reach meaningful results -Tool is absolutely behind the big players (Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) and cannot compete with them only the cheap pricing: this however doesn't work out on the long-term as customers churn because of the quality of the platform -Leadership constant micromanages the team and as if this wasn't enough, MiniCRM as well is an actual tool of internal micromanagement primarily and not client relations or revenue monitoring so we spread this dreadful mentality around.

1. Great company culture, there is a focus on innovation and adaptability 2. Great mobility within the company (both vertical and lateral) 3. Amazing onboarding process: very thorough, good documentation and trainings

The only thing that I could say is bad is for people that are not willing to adapt to change: you really need to be adaptable to change, open to feedback and a hard worker/learner. If you prefer a chill job where nothing really happens, this is not the place for you,
