Reasonable hours, company luncheons. Both offices are located in good areas with a lot of options for when you do need to get your own lunch

This place is like a virus. Management is nonexistent. Expectations and tasks are assigned to you without any kind of information. Two brothers operate this company: one sits in an office and has no idea what he’s doing or what his employees do. Talking to him is a joke. The older brother does not know how to communicate anything in a way that makes sense. Admirable that he wants to be a part of all aspects of the business, but doesn’t take any steps to educate himself on best practices and expects unrealistic results from an antiquated market. Employees are rewarded for unwarranted reasons: the louder you are the more work you must be doing. Some people in a management position have megalomaniac personalities who will throws anyone they can under the bus, or try to undercut their superiors. This will be the downfall of this company. There is no such thing as taking ownership of mistakes. The easiest person to blame is always the route. This place is morally defeating and ethically incapable.
