Few and and far between, and more that obliterated by the cons

A wholly shambolic and dysfunctional company, with a hostile and toxic atmosphere. Staff turn over was running at about 50% per year. Most of which I witnessed being openly driven out, selected for redundancy to settle old scores, or constructively dismissed. The senior management style was totally toxic and can be summarised as "you're a professional, that means you do what ever I tell you to" Expected working hours were about 12 hours per day, 30 days per month. "You need to ask us if you want a weekend off", and when this was commented on, see above. Holiday was restricted to about 5 days a year, and even then only on the basis that work was taken home with you. The root cause is that the company has no idea of the technical risks it is undertaking and resents the predictable catastrophic events that seem to happen about every 6 months. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid
