      There is no micro management or daily trackers, freedom to learn. Free food

      Cons

      Mechanical manager will be headache because he knows nothing technically on manufacturing. Biggest drawback is the contract they make you to sign for 3 years .. your stuck there for 3 years even if your not satisfied, if you want to break the contract if have to pay 1.5L.
