Pros

They will tell you it is a great place to work with opportunity to grow, but beware. There is not one pro to working for this company.

Cons

narcissistic management team, no support, closed doors, "boys club" atmosphere, no HR to report to, under paid and over worked, heaven forbid you try to use PTO without being felt you are letting the company down by not be available, option to work from home even when there was a covid outbreak in the office was treated as it was a burden to accommodate.

Pros

Great pay, outstanding benefits, and a strong culture with regular company events and outings make this an excellent place to work. If you’re looking for a company where you can grow and build a long-term career, this is it. I started as a production floor technician and worked my way up to production manager, gaining valuable leadership experience and learning from a great team along the way. I later transitioned into a field service technician role, which gave me the opportunity to travel and see firsthand how the equipment we build is used in real-world situations. There’s a real sense of purpose here—knowing you’ve played a part in creating and supporting life-saving equipment brings a level of pride that’s hard to match.

Cons

The amount of equipment we have does take a while to learn, I have been here for a long time and I’m still learning about some new equipment.

Pros

Good training opportunities and a solid benefits package. Some great people on the team who are helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons

Workplace culture needs improvement. There is noticeable negativity at times, along with a tendency to point fingers instead of taking accountability. Communication is lacking across teams, which leads to confusion and inefficiencies. The organization feels unstructured, and processes are not always clear or consistent.
