      Pros

      I got chance to learn alot. They have very interesting business model. Get chance to work with really smart people. The boss/reporting manager is a bit tough but understands everything and help out everyone to valid extent. Team was also good and ready to help everytime.

      Cons

      Communication tool- slack or project management tool like Asana or jira, are not in practice.

      No work Life Balance No WFH, No growth Opportunities within the Company Work Culture is very bad Management is not supportive they don't listen to the Company Employees.
