Poor company culture - Sales Representative Mindray Employee Review

I’ve been there lass than 3 years. Ive had 6 managers, 4 different territories, lost 3 products out of my bag and have changed call points 4 times. Upper management can’t make up there mind and change every 9 - 12 months. Upper management has been there for decades and have zero clue how the industry has changed and refuse to change with it. Has the “this is how we’ve do things for years”
