      Opportunity it make really good money if you can break into an IDN.

      Cons

      Mindray truly doesn’t care about the individual. Constant restructuring of sales org. Changes in territory are highly likely to take away from your paycheck.

      Great leadership, superior Manager, awesome team. Opportunity to make a lot of money.

      Cons

      Currently holding no contracts with IDN's so patience is needed in those territories without them.
