Pros
Years ago worked along side the Mindray Service team, while working for another company, I loved the teamwork and how they made my work day busy but fun.( I never forgot working with them and how much I enjoyed it). I joined Mindray almost 5yrs ago and love the Teamwork and Family atmosphere. I have the Best coworkers and can honestly say this has been the most enjoyable job I have ever had. In my position Micromanagement does not exist, We work together as a team and respect each other’s time and effort. In my other job, the words Thank you, never existed. In this job I actually get recognized for the effort I put forth, and being told by my Team , “Thank you, you did a Great Job”, means more to me than any award ever could.
Cons
Like any Corporation, some decisions or policies could be made easier, but you figure out how to work within the current system.
