      Decent medical/dental benefits package.

      Cons

      Little to no opportunity for growth. Yearly raises equal cost of living. Bonuses are only given to upper management. Little regard for family life and personal well being.

      Great leadership, superior Manager, awesome team. Opportunity to make a lot of money.

      Cons

      Currently holding no contracts with IDN's so patience is needed in those territories without them.
