Pros

Working at Mindojo LTD is a remarkable experience. The company's commitment to AI-powered educational products for both children and adults sets it apart in the industry. The challenging projects have not only allowed me to enhance my skills but also contributed to the development of cutting-edge learning solutions. One aspect that stands out is the high working tempo, which keeps things exciting and dynamic. The team's flexibility in processes is refreshing, allowing for creative problem-solving and efficient collaboration. Mindojo encourages the introduction of new tools, providing a forward-thinking approach to technology and innovation. What sets Mindojo apart is its fully remote work culture, which brings comfort and convenience to the forefront. The company's dedication to creating a positive and inclusive remote work environment fosters a sense of community despite the geographical distance.

Cons

One aspect to consider at Mindojo LTD is the prevalence of contract work. While this structure offers flexibility, it might be a consideration for those seeking a more traditional employment setup. Additionally, it's worth noting that the nature of some projects may require occasional overtime work. However, it's important to highlight that Mindojo ensures that overtime efforts are compensated, emphasizing a fair and transparent approach to remuneration. Overall, these cons are subjective and depend on individual preferences and career goals. Despite these considerations, Mindojo remains committed to maintaining a positive and rewarding work environment for its employees.

Pros

the project is actually meaningful - educational games for children - which is on the rarer side in the world of game development. Everyone at the studio is positive, friendly and highly skilled. If you like working remotely, this is the place for you, as this is a truly international team of developers!

Cons

working remotely can lead to some gaps, but those will be filled in by time as you get familiar with where everything is/who you need to talk to about what.

Pros

The interview process was quick and easy. I know they were in a time crunch, but after my written online application, I scheduled a Skype interview, which led to a second Skype interview and a job offer all within less than a week. Overall, the interview process was easy and low stress. Working for Mindojo has been great. The training process was a bit rushed and haphazard, but everyone was accommodating and interested in making the process better. Once you get the hang of your job, you can be pretty independent if you want. Personally, I was interested in a variety of tasks and was given the opportunity to do so. Once you get your foot in the door, it seems like you can move between roles very fluidly depending upon what you are interested in. If you do want to interact more with your coworkers, I found everyone to be pleasant and enjoyable to work with. Overall, it seems like the company has a lot of exciting things lined up for the future, so it feels like there is room to grow within the company if you are interested and motivated. Oh, and I forgot to mention, you get to work from home, which is wonderful. Most roles are very flexible with what hours you can work as well.

Cons

The full-time pay is a little bit deceiving because it is based upon 42 hours per week, which seems a bit high. If you work 35 hours per week (and all of your work time is logged), you will be getting 5/6th of your agreed upon pay. Also, the pay itself is already a bit on the low side.
