Almost everyone below executive management is smart and competent and friendly. Free lunch 3 days a week. Good pay for management jobs.
Cons
Senior management doesnt trust its employees to do the jobs they were hired to perform and micromanagement is at every level. Executives are condescending and out and out offensive at times. Weird promotions occur and hard work is almost never acknowledged and rewarded but exploited for more work. Never seen worse morale in an office environment. Atmosphere is one of fear and general misery as people watch projects they've worked hard on be handed off to senior management who committee those projects to death. Innovation and creativity are not rewarded but viewed as a waste of time which is strange for a gaming company. The turnover is unbelievably high, most people don't work there more than 6 months.
