      Pros

      Amazing training and opportunity for young adults to make a difference. Not a “real job” per se, but perfect fit for someone who takes the position as advertised.

      Cons

      There is definitely a slight political bias, but it’s not really enough to leave a non-5-star review.

      Travel can be tough, lots of mileage on own vehicle (although you are compensated) Not a ton of room for growth

      Pros

      It’s such a great thing to work for an organization that priorities your mental health and well-being , especially with being a full time speaker. The people are wonderful and the opportunities are bountiful.

      Cons

      Potentially draining when we get into the busy season (September— November , Jan — April)
