Flexible time of work and global environment. The pay structure is very motivating and rewarding at eh same time. Connecting with top CEO of most known blue chip companies is also a plus.

To be self motivated is sometimes a hard task. Working on flexible hours is also a challenge and you have to have a good time management skills to stay productive. Working in different time zones is sometimes a task for me which I find hard.
