They consistently fire their collaborators out of nowhere. Employee turnover is very big. Engineers often don't trust company owners. I would say that you should always have a plan B if you decide to work for them.
Cons
A lot of challenges to do, and a lot of things to own. You'll definitely always have something to do. The project is becoming big and the team is very small.
