Pros

Paid on time, project manager generally only interacts with the team leads, so analysts do not bear the brunt of the blame that gets tossed around for poor performance (more like insane expectations and no way to ever actually hit the numbers they want) I feel bad for the TL's as it seems to always be blamed on them and do not make that much more money. The bank that this project is contracting for is insane, they tell you one thing one day and another the next, then they blame Mindcrest for not knowing they want to change their mind. But this gives you great experience dealing with basically the worst client ever, so it can only go up from this job, only get easier. It would just be nice if management wasnt so stone faced and would actually acknolage this fact.

Cons

Repetitive work, no windows, no wifi, no cell signal, no hope. Overall a chaotic experience, told one thing one day, something diffrent the next. Bonus was promised, in writing, but then later conditions were added (Initially work through end of year with certain stats to get bonus paid out in January, then later amended to "have to stay through end of January/project to get paid bonus")

Pros

The PMs are great. They are smart and know how to manage their projects. The working conditions are fine.

Cons

The are only open as long as a PM is at the office. So if they go home early, you have to do as well.

Pros

Truly none. It’s accessible to most train lines. That’s it.

Cons

This is a law factory, not a firm or a service, a comple factory. Every minute of being in the office is tracked and must be accounted for. The work is unbelievabley dull, and most of your time is spent re-doing terrible work coming from overseas. The “company” is dominated by a tiny group of “executives” and “managers” who are as mean and robotic as they are ineffective and disorganized. There is a blind and nearly militant adherence to a “toolkit” that simply does not work. Almost every project is ran like a disaster, constant crisis mode. HR is a joke, they are petty, unfair and at times dishonest. The “benefits” given are whatever minimum requirement the law says an employer must provide. The culture is awful. Your co-workers will likely be those too unmotivated or unskilled to make it anywhere else. Or they’re just complete weirdos. There might be a small handful of high level employees who are kind decent people. But most likely they will leave before you get to work with them much. There are others who are so rude and socially maladjusted they will not even acknowledge your presence in a room, speak to you like a fellow human being, or just act with any sense of decency. One positive I suppose is that there is no unequal treatment. Everyone is treated the same. Treated poorly.
