Pros
The salary was above the industry average when I began but was lowered for onboarding clinicians as the company expanded.
Cons
Services are sold to customers and employees as top-quality therapy but the company is run more like a factory. The offices are literally inside an old factory. Clinicians become assembly line workers and patients little more than widgets. There is a strong bias against non-PhD clinicians by the leadership. Owners do not understand how to operationalize labor laws or professional ethics.
