- I would stay clear of this company if you want to work with untrained leaders and unrealistic expectations.
- There used to be a lot of positives about this company, especially under the leadership team that was in place 4–5 years ago. Unfortunately, the culture, direction, and employee experience have changed significantly.
- Leadership has become one of the biggest challenges. Priorities shift every few months, not because the company is innovating, but because there appears to be a lack of clear strategy and experienced people leadership. Many decisions feel reactive, and employees are often left trying to navigate unclear expectations with little guidance or support.
- Management support is also inconsistent. In some cases, employees can go months without meaningful 1:1s, coaching, feedback, or clarity on where they stand. Having your first real 1:1 with your manager happen alongside HR during a layoff conversation says a lot about the employee experience.
- For a company positioned as a leader in enablement, there is a surprising lack of internal training, up-skilling, and enablement for its own employees. The company does not consistently use its own platform in the way it encourages customers to, which creates a noticeable disconnect between the product’s potential and the internal employee experience.
