Amazing people to be around, everyone is very motivated, intelligent, and empathetic. Very flat structure - there's a 100% chance you'll be sitting across from one of the Founders! (cool exposure) Roles are super autonomous and flexible, and being able to not only grow within the role, but evolve the role with my personal professional goals has been a great benefit and core reason for my tenure.
