Pros

Work from home which gives you family time. Known Indian Hospitality brands. Saturday and Sunday off.

Cons

Online meetings that force you to talk about yourself or travel long distances to meet the team are unnecessary. Due to the fact that the parent company is typically the same, brands become monotonous after a while. People are fired almost every month to save money and hire freshers or new employees, especially resulting in poor employee retention rates. Not accepting leaves on time for select staff, resulting in unused and unpaid leaves at the end of employment due to termination. The HR is a narcissist and tries to invade your personal space and gives unsolicited advices or comments. They accept more clients than they can manage, and as a result the clients eventually leave due to poor service. Poor pay, no PF or allowances.

Pros

Remote You work for big clients so great in terms of portfolio building

Cons

The company will drain the life out of you. They have a very robotic system. They expect you finish big tasks in just one day. They don't care how you do it, you just have to do it. I have never seen such a toxic work culture ever. Every employee is unhappy here. No proper onboarding, briefing or handovers done maybe its the lack of accountability from the senior level managers. The whole culture and management system is very unsupportive, If you are planning to work here, get ready to work for 12 hours a day just to finish internal deadlines. The founders don't know how to manage and maintain a healthy system.

Cons

Higher-ups need to learn the difference between being straightforward and being disrespectful Professionalism matters Stagnant work with minimal hikes only adds to the frustration.. No PF
