Pros

Up until the new CEO was brought on, I really liked working here. I was arguably burnt out however the work was interesting, the people were great (most are gone) , everyone was refreshingly smart, honest and cared about doing good work. It was a nice change from previous places I had worked.

Cons

Once the business started struggling and the layoffs were pouring in, all values this place used to have went out the window. It's pretty disheartening to say the least when you build programs for clients talking about standards of culture, management and DEI while your own organization appears to be going against our own content in real time. It used to take a lot of mental compartmentalization to get through the day. The way to move up here is to wait for your boss to get laid off, take over their role and eventually you will get laid off too. Insane.

Pros

Lovely Coworkers in the organization.

Cons

Morale has taken a huge hit, and a lot of people are already looking for a way out. The work-life balance and overall culture have become genuinely toxic. I witnessed a coworker get bullied out of the organization by management a few months ago. Overall a toxic environment. MindGym is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
