Pros
Nothing, I have nothing good to say about this company.
Cons
I would not recommend this workplace or company to anyone.
My experience at Mindgap was extremely negative and has left lasting impacts. During my time there, I found that:
• There was no structured training or onboarding, yet we were expected to meet unrealistic deadlines and perform at a high level with little support.
• The culture felt heavily rooted in blame, shame, and pressure, with management often using manipulation or guilt-based tactics to push staff.
• There was an ongoing expectation to work nights and weekends without compensation, which created an environment of burnout and exhaustion.
• Pay was very low for the workload and responsibility, and compensation practices often felt unclear and questionable, with parts of salary offset through things like meal vouchers.
• Management often came across as unfriendly, unsupportive, and focused solely on revenue, not on people.
• The team was almost entirely made up of very junior staff who were struggling without guidance, which led to chaos, confusion, and constant stress.
• Morale was extremely low, and I witnessed a high turnover rate, people leaving or being let go on a near-weekly basis, often without clear reasoning or compassion.
• Overall, the environment felt unstable, emotionally draining, and unsafe. Working there was a deeply distressing experience for me, and I left feeling traumatised and unsupported.
