      - Small engineering team - Small platform

      Cons

      - CTO has very poor communication and management skills. - The company calls itself a startup but behaves and is funded by a huge medical German company with more than 12k employees - HR will not help or communicate properly in critical administrative work - Development is outsourced to India to engineers with very bad technical and communication skills

      Tech team is relatively small, half of the work is outsourced. - Zero Engineering Culture - No talks about growth, collaboration - Nobody is interested in making impact - Internal politics - Hire and Fire policy without providing regular feedback - No technical direction - No budget for team gathering - CTO is clueless - No celebration
