A team of smart, driven professionals who are truly passionate about the vision and mission Innovative AI technology with a strong market fit and significant growth potential

Cons

A culture of fear, not empowerment: The Chief Growth Officer's leadership style is rooted in intimidation rather than inspiration. Employees—especially women—are frequently subjected to bullying, unwarranted performance improvement plans (PIPs), and other coercive tactics. Instead of constructive feedback, criticism is relentless and rarely balanced with recognition or support. As a result, morale has plummeted, leaving employees feeling undervalued, unheard, and ultimately disengaged. High turnover is becoming the norm as talent walks away from an increasingly toxic environment.
