Pros

Supportive coworkers at the clinical and front-line level. The patient population is meaningful and the work itself can feel impactful. Some clinicians genuinely care and try to support one another despite operational challenges.

Cons

Clinician Cons: -Caseloads often exceed 60+ clients, creating unsustainable productivity expectations -Limited CEU offerings despite promoting support for RPT (Registered Play Therapist) advancement -Heavy administrative workload on top of clinical volume -Professional development does not align with workload demands Patient Liaison Role Cons: -High call volume and coordination demands without clear workload boundaries -Role expectations will expand beyond job description without compensation adjustments -Limited advancement opportunities and minimal pay growth relative to responsibility -Operational pressure often redirected to front-line staff rather than addressed structurally
