Pros
Could work in a remotely some days (hybrid work), good team environment and overall company environment. The company had some very nice iniciatives to get the consultants and the office staff together, be it through company events, or group specific events (e.g. solidarity, sports, etc.)
Cons
Can't offer real remote work, only hybrid. The recruitment process takes too long.
