      Pros

      Career plan, some benefits, pay is slightly above average, people matter, flexibility to switch clients and even roles in the company, relationship with colleagues, always accompanied by a manager.

      Cons

      Sometimes you land on a lousy client and sometimes it takes a while to change; part of the salary comes from expenses; hard to evolve without going that extra mile in kind of a "pro bono" way.
